The HMD Global company who owns Nokia’s mobile division, held a presentation in India today, at which they presented a new budget smartphone Nokia 2.2.
The smartphone is made in the same style as the previously presented Nokia 3.2 and 4.2. The body is completely made of glossy polycarbonate. The back cover is removable, special Xpress-On panels will be on sale, which can replace the back cover.
On the back side, there is a single module of the main camera, speaker and brand logo. A fingerprint scanner is not present. There is a frameless display with a tear-shaped notch under the front camera and a massive chin.
Nokia 2.2 Specifications
The smartphone runs on the Helio A22 processor with a 2/3 GB RAM installed, and 16/32 GB Rom. There is a 5.71-inch display with HD + resolution. The main camera has a 13-megapixel sensor, the front has a – 5 megapixels. The battery capacity is 3000 mAh. Out of the box, the device works on Android 9 Pie on the Android One program.
Nokia 2.2 will go on sale at a price of 99 euros, in Pakistan, the price will be around 17,000/= PKR.
